Positive: everything is great at the property, but they need to work on making their breakfast more "international". An omelette station perhaps, and a few items that would appeal to the international business traveler. Everything else is top notch and the staff is super friendly

Positive: The hotel was exactly as expected, everything fine. Very helpful overall, rescheduled my booking free of charge.

Negative: Two things to consider: 1. My room smell heavily of cigarettes. If you are sensitive it worths making a note to give you definitely a non-smoking room. 2. At around 6 a.m. outside it started booming like there was a shooting range or fireworks nearby. It went off every few minutes and stopped around 6:40—enough to wake me up well :-). Maybe I just have had a bad luck, but if it happens regularly it is not very nice. Anyway, overall the hotel was ok.

Positive: large, comfy room with all bells and whistles. friendly staff. large shopping gallery within the walking distance. about 10-15 mins by taxi to Baoding Dong (East) railway station.

Positive: The thing i really like was exceptional service provided by MR.DANNY from Concierge department, during my stay at Doubletree by Hilton from 10 Jan to 12 Jan. From the moment I arrived, Mr.DANNY went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail, willingness to assist, and warm demeanor made my experience truly memorable. Whether it was providing local recommendations, promptly addressing my requests, or ensuring my room was immaculate. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I will definitely book again whenever i am visiting baoding.

Positive: A great hotel at a very good price. The room was very big with both shower and bathtub. The breakfast was also great with a lot of choice and change everyday in the menu.

Negative: The only downside is that the staff barely speak English, even if most of the guests are foreigners (also, I didn't get the cookies).

Summary: Overall a very good place to stay in Baoding for a business trip!
